en mai c'est le mois de l'europe à la catho !

In may, do as you wish !

Every year in May, we celebrate the Beautiful Month of Europe. If Europe Day is May 9, the beautiful month is a way to extend the festivities for a whole month, to organize events to promote Europe.

During this period, The Faculties and the Catholic University of Lille organize virtual international events in connection with Europe such as radio broadcasts, film shows, videos, etc.

This is the perfect opportunity to promote the internationalization of our campus, to show concretely the usefulness of Europe and to bear witness to successful international experiences!

Programme of the last event

"And what does Europe mean to you?"
Each year the various establishments that constitute the Université Catholique de Lille together welcome more than 6000 exchange students from Europe and elsewhere. On Europe Day, such students were given the opportunity to talk about their perceptions of Europe. This video, consisting of 10 short testimonials by students from all over the world, offers an extraordinary vision of Europe.

Live workshops "Cultural intelligence as a lever for change"

During Europe Month, we invite you to reflect together, through interactive exercises and testimonials, on the evolution of our professional practices and its impact on the ways in which we support and train current and future students. With the help of intercultural concepts such as time, space, and social relations, we will examine together how the development of our cultural intelligence (CQ) can help us in a Europe and in a world that is becoming more and more VUCA (Volatile, Uncertain, Complex, and Ambiguous).
